Drawn to Mystery

Mystery and the East have always fascinated me.

As a child, I couldn’t sit still. I was drawn more to experience than to structure. After leaving school, I encountered the Shaolin monks. My mother once told me, “A dream without action is just an illusion.” Inspired by those words, I saved up, earned my diploma, and at eighteen, boarded a plane to China to train at the source.

Lessons from the Monks

Like many, I expected cinematic shortcuts to mastery. What I found instead was discipline, simplicity, and repetition. Under Spartan conditions, I was immersed in breathing practices, Qi Gong, and daily rituals that sharpened both body and mind. That year was the beginning of my path as a modern warrior, grounded in presence, resilience, and the power of focused repetition.

A Changed Perspective

When I returned, the world looked the same. But I wasn’t. I later took up full-contact sports and continued to explore the deep connection between physical mastery and mental clarity. For me, training became a form of active meditation. It was a way to stay sharp, focused, and fully alive.

From the Mat to the Mission

Over time, I’ve guided hundreds of professionals toward a more sustainable and rooted lifestyle. I specialize in working with leaders over 35 - high performers who manage complexity, cognitive pressure, and the weight of constant decision-making. Many of them live in their heads. My work helps them reconnect with their bodies, ground their energy, and sustain their capacity to lead with strength and intention.
