Strawberry Oatmeal Tartlets

Ingredients (2 small tartlets)
10 fresh strawberries
75 g rolled oats
2 small ripe bananas (or 1 large)
1 sachet vanilla sugar (≈ 8 g)
150 ml buttermilk
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Method
Pulse oats into a coarse flour.
Stir in baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.
In a separate bowl, blend bananas, egg and buttermilk until smooth.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Grease two small tart moulds. Halve strawberries, place cut‑side down, then spoon batter on top.
Bake at 200 °C / 390 °F for 25–35 minutes until golden. Cool slightly; serve warm or chilled.
